The roads are mostly paved, and private vehicles, tour company vans, and public buses all ply this route daily.

By Air

For those seeking a quicker route, charter flights are available from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airfield to Kasese Airstrip, located about 15 kilometers from the park headquarters in Nyakalengija. The flight takes roughly 1 hour, offering stunning aerial views of Lake George, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and the foothills of the Rwenzori.

Getting Around the Region

Upon arrival in Kasese, visitors can hire local taxis, boda-bodas (motorbike taxis), or 4×4 vehicles to reach trailheads, accommodations, or nearby attractions like Queen Elizabeth National Park, Lake Katwe, and the hot springs of Kilembe.
